The »Tapir 375« combines all the advantages of a mobile separator with those of a large screw press principle.
A larger screen with a 300 mm diameter and 750 mm length allows for the processing of larger quantities of slurry and offers a higher throughput. The optimized auger inside the separator presses the slurry mixture even more forcefully against the surrounding screen, achieving an even better pressing result. As a result, the "Tapir 375" separates 40% more efficiently than conventional standard separators, without requiring any additional electricity. The inner tube and auger are made of stainless steel in a particularly robust design. Welded-on carbide edges guarantee exceptional durability. Wear parts are manufactured to a high standard and are easily replaceable. Overall, a throughput of up to approximately 50 m³/h can be achieved with low electricity consumption when processing raw slurry!

Conveyor belt (optional)
The 4-meter-long conveyor belt can be bolted to the separator frame, eliminating the need for additional transport when loading the solids into a collection area. This makes the entire separation process less labor-intensive and time-consuming.
